ESG Manager

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Integration : review, evaluate, and consolidate the company's existing initiatives to establish a unified corporate ESG strategy

• Framework Alignment : structure and elevate existing data streams to align strictly with leading standards for public companies in Indonesia and international markets. Ensure all current and future operational frameworks fully comply with national regulatory mandates, including OJK POJK 51/2017 on Sustainable Finance

• Data Governance & Audit Readiness : establish internal data collection protocols and KPIs for environmental and government metrics to ensure the company is fully prepared for future external ESG assurance and ratings from independent verification bodies

• Cross-functional Strategy & Capacity Building: Partner closely with cross-functional business units to deeply embed formalize ESG considerations into daily operational workflows and corporate decision-making

• Capacity Building & Awareness : design, lead, and execute comprehensive ESG training programs across all relevant divisions

• Culture Advocacy : drive advocacy campaigns to foster a cohesive organizational culture rooted in long-term sustainability, corporate compliance, and institutional responsibility

• Stakeholder Engagement & Broad Advisory : package existing and new ESG achievements into rigorous performance reports and strategic insights to be presented directly to Senior Management and the Board of Directors

Requirements :

• Holds min. Bachelor's degree in any field

• Experienced in ESG and sustainability, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industries for min. 5 years

• Proven track record of transforming fragmented operational practices into structured, standardized corporate ESG frameworks and sustainability reports

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise the Board of Directors while engaging effectively at the operational level

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical insights

• Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented, with a proactive and solution-driven mindset

• Deep understanding of relevant ESG and Sustainability frameworks

• Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) is mandatory
