Pipeline & ME Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

1. Supervise the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, industrial water (IW), and wastewater (WW) pipeline systems to ensure reliable and efficient operations.

2. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for M&E equipment and pipeline networks.

3. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repair activities with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external parties (e.g., PLN) when required.

4. Manage the distribution of industrial water and wastewater systems, ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and environmental standards.

5. Coordinate and supervise team activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures and HSE regulations.

6. Prepare maintenance budgets, manage tools and spare parts, and submit operational reports.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional departments and tenants to support maintenance, utility services, and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical & electrical maintenance, utility systems, pipeline operations, or industrial infrastructure.

3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, industrial water and wastewater distribution systems, and preventive maintenance.

4. Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and pipeline layouts.

5. Good troubleshooting, coordination, and leadership skills.

6. General Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/HSE) certification is an advantage.

7. Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java.
