Responsibilities:
Support sourcing documentation
Prepare RFQs and maintain quotation records
Maintain supplier database and documents
Prepare documentation for review
Update procurement reports
Perform procurement administration
Support supplier onboarding documentation
Provide administrative support
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Finance, or a related discipline
Certification in procurement, ERP systems, or supply chain management is an advantage
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement administration, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or administrative support
Experience in processing Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), quotations, supplier documentation, and procurement records
Experience using ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, chemical, FMCG, or related environment is an advantage
Familiarity with procurement procedures, document control, and inventory-related processes
Experience coordinating with internal departments, suppliers, and finance is preferred
