Description
- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and supply orders efficiently.
- Train and develop team members to ensure quality service delivery.
- Assist in the creation of menus and special promotions to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in food and beverage service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
