Job Requirements
- College Graduate (with or without work experience).
- Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months of customer service-related experience.
- Above-average English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good comprehension and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work onsite, including weekends and holidays.
