An enthusiastic and results-driven Insurance Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to promote our insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new sales prospects through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
· Present, promote, and sell insurance products to prospective clients
· Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
· Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional campaigns.
· Conduct market research to identify trends and target customer segments.
· Organize and participate in marketing events, seminars, and presentations.
· Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and policy comparisons.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
