We are expanding our team and looking for a rigorous, detail-oriented Odoo Technical Project Manager to lead our technical projects with excellence.

Your Role

As an Odoo Technical Project Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into structured project roadmaps.
• Coordinate with developers, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor project KPIs, and milestones with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure rigorous testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the key link between our clients and our development team, guaranteeing smooth communication and structured execution.

• Odoo Developers Are very welcome to Apply
• Strong mathematical or analytical background – you love structure, precision, and problem-solving.
• Proven experience with Odoo (minimum 3 years) in project management or technical leadership.  - It is a must
• Solid expertise in managing complex ERP projects (preferably international).
• Rigor and discipline in planning, reporting, and delivering projects.
• Ability to manage teams and clients with clarity and authority.
• Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• A mindset that thrives on challenges and continuous improvement.
