What You’ll Do  

Do you enjoy solving technical problems while helping customers? As a Chat Technical Support Representative, you'll provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms. You'll troubleshoot technical concerns, guide customers through solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience through chat, email, or other digital channels.


During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Assist customers with email-related concerns such as login issues, password resets, account setup, and troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve basic to moderately complex technical issues involving webmail, email clients, and account configurations
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions with clear and professional communication
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system
  • Escalate unresolved or complex technical concerns to the appropriate support teams


What You Bring to the Role

  • Completed Senior High School, at least 2 years of college, or a graduate of any IT-related course
  • At least 1 year of technical support or troubleshooting experience; BPO experience is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of email systems, internet troubleshooting, and computer navigation
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
