About the Company: Our client is a well-established manufacturing company in the frozen seafood industry, specializing in processed shrimp products. The company is export-oriented, with key markets in Japan and the United States.
Job Reseponsibilities:
Lead and manage the engineering team (supervisors and operators across 3 shifts, ±30–35 personnel).
Oversee maintenance, repair, and optimization of production machinery and utilities.
Ensure smooth operation of all engineering systems to support production targets.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to efficiency, cost reduction, and equipment reliability.
Collaborate closely with Production, QA, and PPIC teams to ensure operational excellence.
Manage CAPEX projects (machine investment, upgrades) and OPEX control.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Prepare reports and present updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in engineering within manufacturing companies.
Experience in food processing industry or at least in manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of machinery, utilities, and maintenance systems.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and shift operations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
English proficiency is preferred
Additional Information:
Employment Type: Permanent (3 months probation)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday (08:00–17:00)
Reporting Line: Director level
Interview Process: Up to 2 rounds (preferably offline)
