- Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Collaborate with department leaders to forecast future hiring needs
- Support employer branding
What We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience in recruitment (especially in retail or fast-paced industries)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High initiative and attention to detail
- Willing to travel for business purposes (out-of-town assignments)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Solo
