Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and maintenance of boilers, chillers, HVAC, air compressors, and water systems.
Improve equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and utility availability.
Manage maintenance budgets and control operational costs.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards.
Lead and develop the utility technician team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial utilities or facility maintenance, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of utility systems, technical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and energy efficiency.
Good leadership, analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with occupational safety and environmental regulations.
