About The Company:

• The working venue is in Bojonegoro.

• Our client is a Footwear company. Currently, they are looking for Sewing Technical Trainer/Sewing Technical Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and hands-on training to sewing operators on the production line to ensure correct sewing methods and standardized work practices.

• Act as the technical expert for sewing/stitching processes by demonstrating proper machine operation, sewing techniques, and best production practices.

• Develop and deliver structured training programs for new and existing operators to improve technical competency, productivity, and product quality.

• Monitor operators' performance on the production floor and provide coaching to improve sewing skills, efficiency, and process consistency.

• Identify technical issues related to sewing operations and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce defects.

• Support production teams in troubleshooting sewing process problems, machine settings, and workmanship issues.

• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Industrial Engineering teams to optimize sewing methods and achieve production targets.

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training materials and operator development programs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile, Garment, Fashion Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in sewing/stitching operations within the garment, footwear, or related manufacturing industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of sewing processes, stitching techniques, sewing machines, production workflows, and quality standards.

• Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring production operators on the shop floor.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to sewing quality and production processes.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills with the ability to effectively transfer technical knowledge to operators.

• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Kaizen principles is an advantage.

• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

• Willing to participate in technical training programs in China and travel overseas as required by the company.
