Job Description:
Providing administrative and secretarial support, documenting the governance of (foundation’s) archives, and supporting compliance with Foundation policies and statuary requirements.
Responsibilities:
Administrative support is delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
Support compliance with the Foundation’s policies in accordance with the JCLEC’s Articles of Association and the applicable Indonesian Foundation Law.
Assist in managing the daily operational activities of the Secretariat Office.
Manage and follow-up communications with all key stakeholders.
Contribute to the overall effectiveness of JCLEC and its staff.
Maintain effective relationships and communication with JCLEC visitors and the extended JCLEC community.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in similar role.
Experience working in a bi-lingual, cross-cultural environment, and government sectors is highly desirable.
Proficient in using office applications, including Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and presentation applications (e.g. Ms PowerPoint or other similar programs), and able to utilize other supporting applications software to assist in the implementation of work
Bi-lingual, both conversationally and in writing - Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive relationship management with an ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders including JCLEC management, JCLEC staff, and related external parties.
Creative, adaptable, able to work both in a team and independently
