job Description:
Coordinate requests for corporate data, information, and documents from shareholders, regulators, government institutions, and other stakeholders.
Serve as the coordination focal point for internal and external stakeholders related to Corporate Secretary matters.
Support the preparation and implementation of General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS/RUPS), Board meetings, and other corporate governance activities.
Manage corporate correspondence, official letters, and administrative documentation in accordance with applicable procedures.
Prepare, organize, and maintain corporate records, meeting documents, and company databases.
Support the preparation of reports, presentation materials, and other corporate documents.
Monitor the follow-up of meetings, corporate actions, and stakeholder requests.
Provide administrative and operational support for Corporate Secretary activities and strategic corporate initiatives.
Perform other duties assigned in support of the Corporate Secretary function.
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
Strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in Corporate Secretary, corporate governance, legal administration, or related fields will be an advantage.
