Job Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and monitor construction projects from start to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and government regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Living in San Jose Del Monte or nearby areas
