We're looking for an experienced Information Systems & Technology Manager to lead our organization's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and technology operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you'll play a key role in driving innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, servers, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure the availability, security, scalability, and performance of all IT systems.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Manage enterprise applications, system enhancements, and technology projects.
• Lead IT support operations and continuously improve service delivery.
• Develop and manage the IT budget while optimizing technology investments.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing IT team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an IT Management or Leadership role.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network management, and enterprise IT operations.
• Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and IT governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CCNP, or equivalent.
• Exposure to AI, automation, blockchain, or other emerging technologies is an advantage.
