About the role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our Beauty Clinic team in South Jakarta on a contract basis. This is a pivotal leadership position within our beauty nursing department, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer care, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting the professional development of our nursing team. As Nurse Supervisor, you will bridge clinical excellence with effective team management, ensuring that our customer receive outstanding care whilst fostering a positive and productive working environment for nursing staff.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned units or shifts, ensuring optimal staffing levels and skill mix to maintain quality customer care
Monitor and evaluate the delivery of nursing care to ensure it meets established clinical standards and organizational policies
Provide clinical leadership, guidance and mentoring to nursing staff, supporting their professional development and competency
Conduct staff performance evaluations and manage disciplinary matters in accordance with organizational procedures
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control measures, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols
Manage patient flow, bed allocation and resource coordination to optimize operational efficiency
Respond to clinical incidents, patient complaints and concerns, implementing appropriate corrective actions and follow-up
Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives to develop a competent nursing workforce
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff and other departments, to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with clinical governance requirements
Identify opportunities for quality improvement and contribute to the development of nursing protocols and procedures
What we're looking for
Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with relevant nursing regulatory bodies
Minimum 5 years' experience in beauty clinic nursing environments
Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, clinical protocols and quality standards
Strong understanding about treatment machine and how to use it.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support diverse teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in healthcare information systems and electronic patient records
Sound understanding of infection prevention and control, patient safety and risk management
Commitment to continuing professional development and maintaining current clinical competencies
Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
Advanced life support certification or willingness to obtain this qualification
Fluency in Indonesian and English (both verbal and written) will be a plus.
