The Role
As the Sales & Community Manager at Garage Society, you will be involved in sales and community related initiatives including membership and event promotions in the territory.
Reporting to the HK Head, Business Development & BD / Director, the following are key responsibilities:
Proactively identify, nurture, and close sales leads for serviced offices to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and renewals.
Work with other sales and community team members to achieve sales targets as laid down by management.
Active liaison with the marketing team to devise plans to support sales.
Oversee sales & community operations, respond to members needs, and ensure service excellence.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in coworking / serviced office industry
A team player who is willing to learn and take on new tasks
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
Enjoy interacting with people and being exposed to multi-cultural / international work environment
Strong sense of responsibilities, adaptability and details orientation
Presentable and with pleasant personalities
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with basic digital graphic skills
University degree or above
MUST speak fluent English and Cantonese. Mandarin an advantage
