Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the EV aftersales department, including service, parts, and workshop teams
Lead and manage Service Advisors, EV Technicians, and Parts Officers to ensure high service quality
Ensure all EV repair, diagnosis, and high?voltage procedures comply with manufacturer and safety standards
Monitor workshop productivity, job allocation, repair quality, and turnaround time
Handle customer escalations, technical issues, and complex EV repair cases
Coordinate with manufacturer on technical updates, warranty claims, service campaigns, and training
Review and approve warranty claims, repair estimates, and service reports
Manage aftersales KPIs including CSI, revenue, gross profit, parts sales, and workshop efficiency
Plan and implement aftersales strategies to improve service quality and operational performance
Oversee EV parts inventory, ordering, and stock accuracy
Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and training for aftersales staff
Ensure workshop safety, compliance, and cleanliness
Prepare monthly operational and performance reports for senior management
Job Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
Minimum 5–8 years of automotive aftersales experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of EV systems, high?voltage safety, diagnostics, and repair processes
Experience with EV brands is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and customer?handling skills
Analytical mindset with ability to manage KPIs and operational performance
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Holder of EV / HV safety certification preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for reporting, documentation, and presentation preparation
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple teams effectively
