1. Sales Development & Business Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential customers
Expand customer base and maintain strong sales pipeline
Drive revenue growth and market expansion initiatives
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct customer visits, meetings, and business presentations
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Handle customer inquiries, commercial discussions, and follow-ups
3. Tender, Quotation & Proposal Management
Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
Coordinate with technical and project teams for accurate costing and specifications
Support price negotiation and contract discussions with customers
Ensure commercial competitiveness and profitability of proposals
4. Marketing & Brand Development
Develop and execute marketing activities to strengthen company branding
Support company participation in exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities
Prepare marketing materials, company profiles, and promotional content
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
5. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market conditions, customer trends, and competitor positioning
Identify potential growth areas and strategic opportunities
Recommend business development and market penetration strategies
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Coordinate with engineering, project, procurement, and service teams for smooth project handover and execution
Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated internally
Support after-sales follow-up and customer satisfaction initiatives
7. Sales Forecasting & Reporting
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management
Track achievement against sales targets and KPIs
Provide analysis and recommendations for business improvement
8. Budget & Cost Control
Manage sales and marketing budget effectively
Monitor expenses related to marketing activities and customer engagement
Ensure sales activities achieve targeted margins and profitability
9. CRM & System Management
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in company systems
Utilize systems such as T100, Lark, CRM, or other sales tracking tools
Ensure timely update of sales activities and customer information
10. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and support sales and marketing team members
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance monitoring
Support staff development and sales capability improvement
