QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a similar position, preferably within the shopping mall industry.
Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, partnerships, and public relations.
Excellent leadership, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop commercial and partnership strategies, annual work plans, KPIs, and budgets.
Achieve commercial revenue, branding, and area occupancy targets.
Build and expand B2B networks and strategic partnerships.
Experience in the field of casual leasing marketing.
Negotiate with prospective partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and collaboration partners.
Lead, evaluate, coach, and develop team members.
