Qualifications :
•Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major. Preferably from Finance/ Accounting or related major.
•Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, Director's Admin, or in a similar role.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Able to work in fast-paced environment.
•Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities, excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
Job Descriptions :
•Managing the Director schedule, calendar, and daily agenda to ensure effective time management and smooth coordination of activities.
• To schedule meetings and business trips, as well as to coordinate arrangements with internal and external parties.
•Preparing documents, presentations, meeting minutes, correspondence, and other materials required by the Director.
•Following up on meeting outcomes and monitoring assigned action items to ensure timely completion.
• To manage confidential documents and maintain the confidentiality of company and executive information.
•Liaising between the Director and internal divisions, external stakeholders, and business partners.
• To assist the administrative work and operational needs of the Director.
•To compile reports and monitor projects or special assignments requested by the Director.
•Supporting company events, client visits, meetings, and other business activities as required.
