Lumeira Wellness is seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Daily Worker to join our hospitality team in Tabanan, Bali. This is a part-time position based in Kecamatan Tabanan, offering flexible working arrangements ideal for individuals seeking supplementary income or those preferring part-time engagement. As a Housekeeping Daily Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation of our wellness facility, ensuring guests and visitors experience an immaculate and welcoming environment. Your contribution directly impacts guest satisfaction and the reputation of Lumeira Wellness.

Key responsibilities

1. Perform daily cleaning and tidying of guest rooms, common areas, bathrooms and recreational spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

2. Change bed linens, towels and other soft furnishings regularly and ensure they are properly laundered

3. Empty and dispose of waste materials in designated areas, maintaining a hygienic environment

4. Dust, vacuum and mop all assigned areas, paying particular attention to high-traffic zones

5. Clean and sanitise bathroom fixtures, mirrors and surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and techniques

6. Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissues and other amenities in guest areas

7. Report any maintenance issues, damages or safety hazards to management promptly

8. Maintain cleaning equipment and trolleys in good working order and store them appropriately

9. Follow health and safety protocols and adhere to all housekeeping standards and procedures

10. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient completion of daily tasks

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality roles is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates willing to learn

2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

3. Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods

4. Reliability and punctuality, particularly important given the part-time nature of the role

5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

6. Proficiency in Indonesian; English language skills are desirable but not required

7. Knowledge of appropriate cleaning techniques and eco-friendly cleaning products is beneficial

8. Flexibility to accommodate shift schedules and seasonal variations in workload

9. A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
