Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process of KOCs and Affiliates across assigned brands.
Build, maintain, and optimize KOC & Affiliate databases, including segmentation, performance tracking, and collaboration records.
Identify high-performing KOCs and develop long-term collaboration opportunities including ambassador and retention programs.
Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen KOC communities, improve participation rates, and increase advocacy.
Manage and grow affiliate and KOC engagement across online and offline marketing activities.
Collect, organize, and maintain User Generated Content (UGC) created by KOCs for future campaign utilization.
Identify top-performing UGC assets and coordinate amplification across social media and marketing channels.
Coordinate with Event and Store teams to support Grand Openings, store activations, promotional events, and O2O (Online-to-Offline) campaigns.
Ensure KOCs actively participate and deliver campaign objectives for both digital and offline activations.
Monitor campaign execution and evaluate participation, content output, reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL/KOC Management, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Community Management, or related roles.
Experienced in managing KOC/Affiliate communities and maintaining creator relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and campaign performance analysis.
Familiar with project tracking tools/apps for campaign execution and progress monitoring.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience using TikTok Affiliate Dashboard and affiliate campaign management.
Experienced in managing communities through WhatsApp and Instagram platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in retail, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries will be considered an advantage.
