Job Responsibilities :
1. Brand Store Management and Optimization
· Responsible for daily operations of brand stores (e.g., Tera Fashion, Tera Girl) on TikTok/Tokopedia Shop and Shopee platforms, including listing optimization, pricing strategies, promotional campaign planning, and SKU management.
· Coordinate with other department needs and inventory teams for sales forecasting and inventory control to ensure supply-demand balance.
2. Shop Center Operations and Inventory Control
· Manage shop center operational processes, supervise inventory management to ensure daily operational efficiency and platform compliance.
3. In-site Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution
· Plan and execute in-site promotional activities across multiple platforms to increase store traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
4. Data Monitoring and Analysis
· Monitor store operational data, market trends, and customer behavior. Propose sales optimization strategies based on data analysis to improve overall performance.
· Record daily operation data and prepare weekly sales and performance reports to support management decision-making and business planning.
5. ERP System Operations
· Handle ERP system operations, including product information synchronization, data validation, and report accuracy maintenance.

◦ Expand and maintain partnerships with KOLs and KOCs; develop collaboration strategies to drive brand exposure and sales conversion.
◦ Identify suitable influencer resources based on brand positioning and marketing goals; manage business negotiations, execution, and performance tracking.
◦ Collaborate with content and live-streaming teams to coordinate the production and launch of KOL-related content, ensuring content quality and effectiveness.
◦ Maintain KOL collaboration records, regularly evaluate partnership performance, and optimize influencer strategies to improve ROI.
7. Cross-team Collaboration
◦ Coordinate with KOL/KOC, live-streaming, and content teams to implement integrated marketing strategies.
8. Customer Service and Relationship Management
◦Oversee customer service operations, maintain client relationships, collect feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction.
9. Completion of Other Assigned Tasks
◦Efficiently complete other task assigned by supervisors, which may extend beyond core responsibilities to support overall business growth and team objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in E-commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Fluent to speak english
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce platform operations, familiar with platform rules on TikTok/Tokopedia Shop, Shopee, etc.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, platform backend systems) with strong data sensitivity.
- Experience with ERP system operations, capable of independently handling product synchronization, data verification, and report generation.
- Excellent cross-department communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with live-streaming , warehouse, and content teams to drive project execution.
- Results-oriented with strong execution and multitasking abilities, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be willing to work a six-day work week and actively cooperate with other tasks assigned by the company.
