KOL Specialist (TikTok Collab & Livestream)

Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven KOL Specialist to manage TikTok creators, affiliates, and livestream collaborations with a strong focus on GMV growth. This role is responsible for identifying high-performing creators, negotiating collaborations, optimizing TikTok Shop Affiliate and TikTok Collab campaigns, and ensuring livestream collaborations generate maximum sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. TikTok KOL & Affiliate Management
Source, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates aligned with the brand.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs/KOCs.
Manage KOL database and performance tracking.
Conduct daily outreach to potential creators.
2. TikTok Collab & Livestream
Plan and execute TikTok Shop Collaboration campaigns.
Coordinate livestream collaborations with creators and brand ambassadors.
Monitor livestream schedules and ensure smooth execution.
Optimize creator selection based on sales performance.
Ensure livestream campaigns meet GMV targets.
3. GMV Growth & Performance
Own monthly GMV target from TikTok Affiliate & Livestream.
Analyze creator performance using:
GMV
Orders
CTR
CVR
ROI
Live Conversion Rate
Scale high-performing creators and replace underperforming ones.
Develop strategies to improve sales conversion.
4. Campaign Management
Prepare campaign brief and collaboration requirements.
Negotiate collaboration fees and commission structures.
Coordinate product seeding and campaign timelines.
Ensure content is posted according to schedule.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Analyze:
Top-performing creators
Livestream performance
Campaign ROI
GMV contribution
Provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Affiliate Specialist, or Influencer Marketing.
Experience handling TikTok Shop Affiliate and TikTok Collab.
Experience managing livestream collaborations.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Comfortable working with sales and GMV targets.
Experience in the beauty/skincare industry is highly preferred.
