HSE Coordinator (SPV Level)

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate HSE activities for building operations, maintenance, contractors, and fit-out works to ensure a safe working environment.

• Review engineering drawings and work plans to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate safety controls before execution.

• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.

• Maintain HSE documentation, prepare compliance reports, and coordinate with relevant authorities during inspections and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in commercial buildings, shopping malls, mixed-use developments, or property management.

• Holds a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation.

• Strong understanding of Indonesian HSE regulations, emergency response, contractor safety management, and risk assessment.

• Additional certifications such as Fire Safety, ISO 45001, First Aid, Environmental Management, or related HSE certifications will be an advantage.
