Location: Taguig / McKinley Area

Salary Package: ?20,000 – ?27,000/month

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

We are currently pooling candidates for an upcoming Customer Service Representative role with one of our BPO clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, chat, email, or tickets
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding customer concerns
  • Resolve basic issues and escalate complex concerns to the proper team
  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately
  • Maintain professional and positive communication with customers
  • Meet quality, attendance, and productivity standards

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig/McKinley
  • Amenable to shifting or night shift schedule
