Event & Content Operations Intern

PT Electronic Science Indonesia is looking for a proactive and creative Event & Content Operations Intern to support the planning and execution of events, training programs, podcasts, and digital content initiatives.

You will work closely with the Event & Podcast Production Manager in coordinating events, producing educational content, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, content creation, and working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Event Operations 
  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events, workshops, seminars, and training programs.
  • Prepare event timelines, rundowns, operational checklists, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with speakers, moderaors, participants, vendors, and venues.
  • Support on-site event operations and logistics
  • Assist in preparing post-event reports and evaluations
• Podcast & Content Operations
  • Research topics and industry trends related to digital infrastructure and data centers.
  • Assist in preparing podcasr briefs, interview questions, and production materials.
  • Coordinate podcast recording schedules and production logistics.
  • Maintain the podcast content calendar and production timeline.
• Content & Creative Support
  • Assist in writing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, website articles, and other materials.
  • Draft captions and promotional copy for events, podcasts, and training programs.
  • Create simple graphic designs using Canva or similar design tools for social media and promotional materials.
  • Assist in repurposing long-form podcast into short-form content ideas.
  • Monitor basic social media engagement and content performance.
• Project & Administrative Support
  • Maintain project trackers, production schedules, and event timelines.
  • Prepare presentation materials and minutes of meeting when required.
  • Suppor other operational and coordination tasks as assigned.

Internship Duration

3 months

Qualifications:

• Final year undergraduate students or fresh graduates (S1) in:
  • Communication
  • Marketing Communication
  • Public Relations
  • Other related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong English proficiency is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Available to work on-site.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience organizing events, student organizations, or campus activities.
  • Good content writing and copywriting skills.
  • Proficient in Canva or other graphic design tools for creating social media and promotional materials.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.
  • Interest in content creation, podcast production, technology, AI, or digital infrastructure is a plus.
