Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (jurusan perhotelan, tata boga, F&B lebih disukai)

Mampu menyajikan berbagai menu minuman secara konsisten & presisi
Paham tentang kebersihan area bar dan standar sanitasi F&B
Terbiasa bekerja cepat di jam ramai (rush hour)
Terbiasa mengoperasikan POS Kasir dan melakukan SO (stock opname) secara berkala
Memiliki kemampuan Up-Selling dan Cfoss-Selling
Memahami teknik seduh kopi manual dan mesin espresso (barista skill wajib)
Mampu meracik minuman non-kopi, mocktail, jamu modern, hingga seasonal drinks
Kreatif, inovatif, dan up-to-date dengan tren kuliner dan minuman
