High school diploma or equivalent (college level is a plus).

Previous experience as a barista or in food and beverage/customer service is preferred but not always required.

Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso extraction, and milk steaming techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and quality standards.

Can work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifting hours.

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads.

Good teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an advantage.

Valid health certificate/health card (required by many cafés and restaurants in the Philippines).
