We're Hiring: Barista – Join Our Team in Canggu!

Are you passionate about coffee, friendly, and confident in delivering great customer service? We're looking for a Barista to join our dynamic team in Canggu!

Job Description:

• Prepare and serve various types of coffee (espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, etc.) and non-coffee beverages (tea, chocolate, mocktails, etc.).

• Able to operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, milk steamers, and other equipment.

• Maintain and care for equipment to ensure it remains in good condition.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide menu recommendations based on customer preferences.

• Handle orders quickly and accurately, and respond to customer complaints politely.

• Clean coffee machines, bar counters, and the work area regularly.

• Wash and store coffee tools properly.

• Maintain personal hygiene while on duty.

• Refill daily ingredients (coffee beans, milk, syrup, ice, etc.).

• Check stock levels and report low inventory.

• Store ingredients properly and in accordance with hygiene standards.

• Use the POS (Point of Sale) system when required.

• Manage serving times efficiently.

Qualifications :

• High school / vocational school graduate.

• Fluent and proficient in English.

• Friendly, communicative, and has good customer service skills.

• Able to work quickly and under pressure.

• Passionate about coffee and eager to learn more.

• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Disciplined, clean, and well-organized.
