Job Description :
Manage and maintain the executive's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and business schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, correspondence, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
Arrange domestic and international business travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visas, and travel itineraries.
Manage reimbursement claims, expense reports, and administrative documentation related to the executive.
Support personal administrative matters of the executive when required, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Perform other duties assigned by the executive to support business objectives.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
Qualifications:
Excellent calendar management and scheduling skills.
Good knowledge of office administration and executive support functions.
Experience with travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
