Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive market.
• Promote and sell car parts, accessories, and automotive services to individual and commercial customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide customers with accurate product information and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in company sales meetings, product training, and promotional activities.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related -field is preferred.

-At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive parts, automotive services, or a related industry.

-Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.

-Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle maintenance is an advantage.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Strong customer service orientation.

-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

-Must be willing to travel within Metro Manila when required.
