Customer Service Representative (Voice Account)

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Voice Account). In this role, you will provide excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering accurate information through phone interactions. You will work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and attendance requirements.

Qualifications

• College graduate, with or without work experience.
• Completed at least 2 years of college with a minimum of 6 months of work experience.
• Above-average English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good comprehension skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

Upon Hire:

• ?18,000 Basic Salary
