Center Manager

Masari Group, a growing retail company, is expanding into the education sector through its English Course. We are currently looking for a passionate Lead Teacher to support the development of our program and deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously improve and innovate programs to attract more students and meet market demand

• Oversee the daily operations of the English course center to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Monitor class schedules, student services, facility management, and administrative processes.

• Build partnerships with schools, communities, and local organizations to expand market reach

• Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement

• Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, and overall center performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch management, education management, retail operations, or service industry management.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience managing operational processes and performance metrics.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is preferred.

• Willing to work on Saturdays.

• Willing to be based in Gajah Mada, Central Jakarta
