CORPORATE LEGAL (SENIOR MANAGER)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Provide corporate legal services.

• Give accurate and timely counsel to relevant divisions/ departments in a variety of legal topics (e.g. labor law, etc.).

• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.

• Identify legal risk within company policies or regulation.

• Develop standard contract templates for all specific use (e.g. contract with supplier, contractor, consultant, etc.).

• Review legal matters of documents and advise the business on any company agreements and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Prepare documents for shareholder meetings (i.e. RUPS).

• Coordinate with external advisors when resources or specific expertise is needed.

• Manage all legal documentation & filing.

• Maintain current knowledge of changes in legislation to deliver input and advice for improvement from a legal point of view.

REQUIREMENT :

• Master's Degree in Law with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university

• At least 10 years experienced in the same field

• Having good experience in Corporate Legal (drafting-reviewing-negotiation)

• Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skill

• Fluent in English

• Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA
