Philman Solar Energy
- Manage the overall execution of solar PV projects from design to commissioing
- Prepare project schedules, budgets and resource plans
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontactors and government agencies
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports
- Manage project documentation and change orders.
- Resolve technical and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and industry standards
- Oversee testing, commissioning and project turnover
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, civil, mechanical engineering or related field
- A licensed engineer is prefered
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management
- Knowledge of solar systems, net metering and electrical standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in MS project, ms office and autocad
- Willing to travel to project sites
