Your bite-size role:
Power 4 All, Inc. is currently looking for a Sales and Activation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling car battery products within assigned retail or exhibit locations, while providing accurate product information and assistance to customers. You will ensure proper product presentation, support activation activities, and uphold excellent customer service standards while professionally representing Power 4 All in all engagements.
Your role has a wide range of responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell car battery products through field, booth, and online channels.
- Conduct aggressive flyering in assigned areas such as activation booths, events, and other designated locations.
- Perform booth-related activities, including proper ingress and egress during activations and events.
- Ensure proper product presentation across all platforms (activation booths, events, flyering, online, and telemarketing).
- Perform battery-related tasks such as testing, installation, replacement, and delivery in accordance with company and safety standards.
- Explain proper battery maintenance, safety precautions, and installation guidelines to customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and basic technical information
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate features, benefits, and usage
- Support sales targets of at least five (5) batteries per day and achieve assigned quotas.
- Generate leads through field activities, flyering, and online channels, ensuring accurate data gathering and reporting.
- Actively engage potential customers to capture inquiries, contact details, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support during activations and events.
- Support on-ground activations, roadshows, and exhibit events.
- Ensure all marketing materials and collaterals (monitors, banners, standees, flyers) are properly displayed and updated.
- Monitor stock availability and maintain cleanliness and organization of the activation area.
- Prepare and submit end-of-day activity and sales reports.
- Safeguard company assets, including booth materials, tools, and inventory.
- Gather customer feedback through official company platforms.
- Participate in product and technical training sessions and stay updated on promotions and new products.
- Perform other tasks related to Blue Lithium promotional and activation activities as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Who we need for the high-performance team:
- Graduate of Senior High School or Vocational courses
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or in a similar role
- Background in automotive (motorcycle or car) products is an advantage, but not required
- Outgoing, energetic, and proactive with a strong customer-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail in product displays, pricing, and labeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock monitoring
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
