Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud computing

• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills

• Familiar with major cloud platforms and infrastructure technologies

• Relevant certifications are a strong plus, such as:

- VMware (VTSP, VSP)

- Veeam (VMTSP, VMSP)

- Zerto (ZCP)

- Cloudflare, Kaspersky, Dell, Supermicro, or SUSE certifications

• Good communication and client management skills

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on customers needs.

• Perform investigation and troubleshooting for customers’s problems and issues.

• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.

• Collaborating with consultant and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.

• Collaborating with presales to provide cloud solutions to customers and do Proof of Concept for customers requirements.

• Modifying and improving existing systems.

• Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives

• Designing, developing, and deploying modular cloud-based systems

• Developing and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices

• Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security

• Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements

• Coordinate and collaborate with external parties such as hardware vendor, datacenter vendor, internet provider to troubleshoot related issues and assist if physically needed to enter datacenter.
