Information Security Specialist (Technical & Governance)

Job description

• Lead end-to-end IT Security operations across applications, networks, servers, cloud, and endpoints, including vulnerability management, patching, penetration testing, threat hunting, and security control effectiveness.?

• Act as the primary escalation point for security incidents by driving containment, root cause analysis, and managing & testing the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).?

• Ensure alignment of IT Security & Governance with standards (e.g., ISO, NIST) while collaborating with internal teams and external parties on remediation, risk assessments (including third parties), and continuous security improvement.?

Requirements:?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in same fileds?

• Have experience in security risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and supporting DRP or DR Test activities?

• Possess basic to solid technical knowledge of cloud environments,Windows/Linux?

• Understand IT security governance, risk management, and compliance with standards like ISO 27001 or NIST.?

• Able to support incident handling, prepare security reports,? work with different teams, and stay updated on cyber security trends; certifications are an advantage.?
