Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, as well as a strong understanding of security protocols and best practices. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure solutions for clients
- Perform network assessments and make recommendations for improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new network solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technology
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
- Develop and maintain documentation for network systems and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of network security protocols and best practices
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Knowledge of Cisco networking equipment and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
