Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents with at least 6 months of BPO experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and provide exceptional service while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Meet quality assurance standards, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Follow company procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months BPO/Call Center experience.
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Can start as soon as possible.
