Job Description
Produce photo and video content for assigned brands based on content calendars, campaign objectives, and marketing initiatives.
Execute product, store, lifestyle, promotional, and event shoots to support brand communication and social media activities.
Generate sufficient content assets to support daily publishing needs across multiple digital platforms and brands.
Edit and finalize photo and video content for various formats including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Feed Posts, Stories, and other digital channels.
Ensure all content aligns with each brand’s visual identity, communication style, and content guidelines.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform features, and content formats to improve reach and engagement performance.
Manage end-to-end content execution from pre-production, production, editing, to final delivery.
Organize and maintain raw files and final content assets to ensure accessibility and proper documentation.
Manage digital asset storage through cloud-based systems and maintain structured file management.
Conduct on-site photo and video coverage for store openings, events, community activations, and special campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, SNS, Event, and Creative teams to ensure content supports business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Design, Digital Media, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, Videographer, or related roles.
Proficient in photo and video editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, or equivalent tools.
Familiar with utilizing AI tools to improve content ideation, editing efficiency, and content production workflow.
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, including content optimization and audience engagement principles.
Experienced in content creation for short-form video platforms and social media campaigns.
Strong file organization and asset management skills using Google Drive, Cloud Storage, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of photography, videography, framing, lighting, and mobile-first content creation.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Portfolio showcasing photo/video content and social media projects is required.
