Marketing Communication Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and highly organized Marketing Communication Executive to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and strengthen our brand presence across all customer touchpoints.

Based at our Support Centre in Karawaci, Banten, this role is responsible for ensuring consistent compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and operational excellence across all business units. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, developing quality systems, and fostering a strong food safety culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations.

• Coordinate KOL, media, and community engagement initiatives.

• Manage store opening and local marketing activities.

• Oversee in-store communication and collateral deployment (POSM, promotional materials, campaign assets).

• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and stores.

• Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely and accurate campaign implementation.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Marketing, or Event Management.

• Experience in F&B, retail, lifestyle, or hospitality industry is preferred.

• Strong project management and coordination skills.

• Experience managing events, activations, communities, and KOLs.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
