Remote Marketing Assistant (Graphic Design and English Required)

Job Summary: Join Sino Indo Panda Global Academy as a Marketing Assistant. Support our social media, client relations, and on-ground promotions. English proficiency required. Contract-based, flexible, and growth-oriented role.

About Us: Sino Indo Panda Global Academy is an international education institution bridging Indonesia and China. We offer Mandarin courses, study camp programs, and study-in-China services, helping Indonesian families open doors to international opportunities for their children. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a driven marketing assistant to grow with us.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.)

• Create, design, and schedule engaging social media content targeting parents and students

• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and presentation materials using Canva or Figma

• Produce basic picture and video editing content for promotional campaigns

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones

• Respond to inquiries promptly and guide prospects through our programs

• Assist in planning and executing on-ground promotional activities

• Distribute promotional materials at schools, malls, churches, and community events

• Report marketing performance and client progress to the team regularly

What We're Looking For

• Proficient in English (spoken) — required

• Mandarin proficiency is required (spoken and/or written)

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage

• Proficient in Canva and Figma for creating marketing and social media materials

• Basic picture and video editing skills (e.g., CapCut or similar tools)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working independently and remotely

• Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and content scheduling tools

• No degree required — relevant experience, portfolio, and attitude matter most
