About The Company:

Our client is an Japanese Manufacturing Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Warehouse Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate communication and coordination in Japanese (spoken and written) between department members and internal teams, customers, auditors, and vendors when required
Translate work instructions, operational reports, meeting minutes, and other warehouse-related documents between Japanese and Indonesian/English as needed
Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and finished goods
Monitor inventory accuracy through daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management practices
Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow
Prepare and submit periodic warehouse operational reports to management
Identify operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency
Support the achievement of warehouse operational targets and departmental KPIs
Ensure compliance with company policies, 5S, Kaizen, and Occupational Health & Safety (K3) standards within the warehouse
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Business level Japanese both spoken and written (Own JLPT N1)
At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, and warehouse best practices
Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication, coordination, analytical, problem-solving skills and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
