- Lead Compensation & Benefits operations across multiple business entities.
- Design, maintain, and review salary structures, job grading, job evaluation, and market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Manage annual salary review, promotion review, incentive and bonus programs, and executive compensation processes.
- Develop compensation proposals and salary packages for new hires based on internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Oversee end-to-end employee benefits administration, including health insurance, life insurance, statutory benefits, retirement programs, and reimbursement policies.
- Manage annual benefit renewals and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and external vendors.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to provide strategic Total Rewards advisory.
- Support HRIS enhancement and Compensation & Benefits module optimization while ensuring data accuracy and reporting excellence.
- Analyze workforce costs, compensation trends, headcount planning, and reward budgets to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, tax, payroll governance, and statutory benefit requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Compensation & Benefits processes and employee experience.
- Coach and provide guidance to junior team members while supporting capability development.
