WE ARE HIRING – LEGAL COUNSEL (INDONESIA)
PT Thai Union Kharisma Lestari is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to support our Indonesia operations in corporate legal matters, litigation, debt recovery, contract management, and governance compliance.
📍 Location: Indonesia
🏢 Full-Time Position
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle litigation, debt recovery, negotiation, and settlement matters
2. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents
3. Support corporate governance matters including GMS, BOC, and BOD documentation
4. Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and Group standards
5. Coordinate with external counsel, notaries, regulators, and authorities
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) and licensed Indonesian Advocate
2. 8–12 years experience in corporate & litigation law
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial law
4. Experienced in civil litigation and e-Court system
5. Fluent in English (written & spoken)
6. Experience in manufacturing or trading companies is a plus
