Key responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Reporting
Timely monthly financial reports and cashflow statements
Ensure compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards, Tax and Audit
requirement
Prepare Management Reports for presentation to the BOD
2. Project Cost Control
Monitor project budget, Variation Orders, land acquisition
Highlight major cost variance to the management for corrective action
3. Cashflow Management
Prepare project cashflow forecast of the property development division, hotel, sports club,
Water theme Park and golf.
Manage receivables from buyers, escrow from bank
Manage payables to contractors and receivables from buyers
Tracking rental income from tenants of the commercial properties
Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications and experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting plus a profession degree ACCA/ACMA/CA
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a senior position with a property development company
A Malaysian and have the ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia and Mandarin.
A Malaysian who is Willing to relocate to base in Bandung Indonesia
